We are happy to help you plan your trip. A booking is confirmed when a deposit of 20% is received. The remaining payment must be paid six weeks before the start of the trip. If the trip is booked within six weeks before the start of the trip, the entire amount must be paid in one single payment. We work with fixed prices via Eskimo and adhere strictly to their booking conditions.

This means that if you book and cancel your trip, you will not receive any money back. You can, of course, search for a replacement participant for your trip. A booking is confirmed when a deposit of 20% is received. The remaining payment must be paid at least six weeks before the start of the trip. If the trip, or part of it, is canceled by Eskimo due to bad weather conditions, technical problems and/or overbooking, then Eskimo’s refund policy will take effect. Please note: we recommend purchasing a cancellation insurance that specializes in heli-skiing.
