A booking is confirmed when a deposit of 2.000,- USD is received.  We work with fixed prices from Chile, therefore all our prices are indicated in US Dollars (USD). As a result, there can be no ambiguities about exchange rates. The remaining payment must be paid at least sixty days before the start of the trip.

Weather conditions can be unpredictable and it is possible that the helicopter cannot fly for the duration of a few hours, a day, or a number of days. Fortunately, the chance of no ski time is something that rarely happens during a week in Chile. The weather conditions are generally stableand periods of bad weather are short-lived. You will not receive a refund for down days, but you can use half of the flight time as credit on your next booking.

We understand that incidental unforeseen situations might compel you to cancel a trip. However, we want to ensure our guests a safe and exceptional heli-ski experience. To do so, we make substantial costs and commit to many obligations long before the start of the journey. That is why it is important for you to be well informed on our cancellation policy. In addition, we advise you to acquire a cancellation insurance that specializes in heli-skiing and covers the cancellation of your trip. Please contact us for additional information on this matter.
