A booking is confirmed when a deposit of 50% is received. Prices are fixed and decided by our Icelandic partner. The remaining payment must be paid at least sixty days before the start of the trip.

Weather conditions can be unpredictable and it is possible that the helicopter cannot fly for the duration of a few hours, a day, or a number of days. Fortunately, the chance of no ski time is something that rarely happens during a week in Iceland. You will not receive a refund for down days, but you can use half of the flight time as credit on your next booking.

We understand that incidental unforeseen situations might compel you to cancel a trip. However, we want to ensure our guests a safe and exceptional heli-ski experience. To do so, we make substantial costs and commit to many obligations long before the start of the journey. That is why it is important for you to be well informed on our cancellation policy. In addition, we advise you to acquire a cancellation insurance that specializes in heli-skiing and covers the cancellation of your trip. Please contact us for additional information on this matter.
